We have video’s and screenshots the program will not install on the PC.
Please help, will NOT INSTALL Velara 3:)

I would also contact Adobe at asupport@adobe.com.

They need to fix this on their end. If you need a refund please follow through with FastSpring. You may also subscribe to the version in Adobe Exchange. It is $.95 a month.
