Prototype Issue

Prototype Issue is not working inbetween the screens while exporting with Webexport Plugin.Eventhough exported all screen in one folder not also switching back and forth.

How are you exporting it? Is it as a single page application or multiple pages? Is it wired up in prototype mode? An example would help.
