Is there Auto Scale?

so when exported and put on a site it does not auto-scale so it is stuck in 1920 by 1080 resolution and when on a smaller screen I have to move around to see the page

There’s an auto scale option here:

Scale to fit

To enable scale down use the scale down option.

If the site is fixed size then scale option is good. If you are trying to make a responsive site it might cause undesired behavior.
