This feature will export a group or symbol as a SVG skin. If this is a symbol it will export the symbol skin once and then reuse it every time it encounters another symbol instance.
How it would work is you name the layers inside the group / symbol as up, down, hover and active. Those layers will be used as states of the same name for an SVG skin.
