I purchased a plugin created by you for Adobe XD through the Adobe library, and I did not receive any invoice. I need it for accounting purposes. The plugin in question is Web Export.

When you purchase an Adobe-Add on you will receive an email from Adobe. See here.
Step by step guide:
Open the email you received after successfully subscribing to your Creative Cloud Desktop plugin marketplace, or Exchange marketplace. This email begins with ‘Your Order:…’
Click on View/Edit subscription link in the email. This can be found in the ‘Order details’ section
A screen opens up in a web browser with subscription details. Click on ‘Cancel Subscription’
A final confirmation screen shows up. Click ‘Confirm’.
This should cancel the ongoing subscription.
